We did a beautiful farmhouse style rooftop wedding in downtown Los Angeles. The menu included summer vegetable cous-cous, a chilled seafood station, short ribs and salads.
We were honored to be asked to make breakfast and lunch for Neil Young and the Chili Peppers. They were doing a benefit concert in Silverlake for the Music Conservatory. We cooked for them for three days. We made handmade pizzas using Doe's dough. We did soups, herb roasted chicken, roasted farmers market veggies, cakes, cookies and local cheeses. We had an amazing time!!!!
